Myself, I am in-different.. However, having said that, most folks who are building or doing office renovation are typically doing it for the next 10-15-20 years.. having said that, if the cost difference is 10%-20% I would do the Cat6, would be / could be worth it in the future... but if it is going to break the bank, then nothing wrong with Cat5e, plenty of networks out there running cat5/cat5e (doing gigabit).
