Build expensive house. No wiring because everything is wireless, of course.I once worked at a place that started a major remodel of the gut everything style to expand office space. The project was managed solely by creative types that thought the IT people could just do that part in house the weekend before move in day. to find a properly designed structured support system. Even more rare
to find one that actually planned on expansion and remodels.
