11.2 has proven to be somehow different, either upgrading up or down from it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. We have seen a few that get stuck on that no matter what is tried.
I am sure there is an answer somewhere. The radios all updated fine though. Craig, can you post the exact error messages here? On 12/16/2015 9:42 PM, Brandon Yuchasz wrote: There has been a CNUT upgrade since then. You're saying you can go up but not down? I wish I could tell you what version of CNUT I was running, but I'm certain it was brand new in June or July. Haven't needed to do this since though and have long since moved up to latest version of CNUT again. -Steve D On Wed, Dec 16, 2015 at 12:54 PM, Craig Schmaderer <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: I have never had to do this, but I need to downgrade a p10 sm that is running 12.1 to 11.2 and I can not get it to work. Maybe I am doing it wrong. I just load the 11.2 package and hit upgrade right? I get some sort of ftp error after cnut does say it starts the file transfer? I upgraded to the newest cnut, same issue, I upgrade the sm to 13.1.3 and I still cant downgrade it? Am I missing something? Thanks, Craig. Craig R. Schmaderer CEO | Skywave Wireless, Inc.
