Spray the backs of the panels with frothpack insulation. It's similar to the expanding foam for doors and windows etc.
Once the sun comes out even if it's 10*F the insulation will hold enough heat to shed the snow. This winter and solar minimum have been pretty tough this year in our neck of the woods for sure Dan.
