Well, Elvis' "Elvis' Christmas Album" still has the top-selling
Christmas album based on RIAA certification.
I do like the various Mannheim Steamroller Christmas albums, and I see
that they have 4 of the top 25 Christmas albums (also by RIAA). Their
Christmas concerts are something to behold.

I didn't recognize the name Charles Brown, but I've heard this
hundreds of times, and I'm nowhere near Texas. Yes, I hear the Eagles
cover also, but not as often. Either way, it's different from the
typical Christmas songs and a nice change of pace on the radio.
WGN-AM here did an informal listener poll for the most hated Christmas
songs. #1 was that Mariah Carey song, #2 was Carol of the Bells (it
stresses people out).
