+1 on this you should get an otdr path analysis on the 2 strands to confirm all 
your splice points and patch points to make sure your light levels will be in 
an acceptable range.

Keep in mind that any "km" rating like 160km is entirely dependent on the 
actual fiber in the path, number of splices and quality of splices, how many 
bulkheads and connector/patch panels in the path, etc.

It could function at 170km or fail to function at 115km depending on how 
good/bad the light path is.
