Qualities sought: 1. Ability to take simple directions like "Hey, we're no longer at that location, so drop it from our account" and have said request be taken care of in less than 2 years. 2. Response to inquiries in less than 7 days. 3. Invoices that match quoted/agreed rates. 4.
