Unfortunately I dont belive you can be a business owner without having the 
lawsuit target on you these days.   Its part of the cost of doing business.  
Doesn't matter if it is legit or not.  They see a target and they expect you 
have a deep pocket just because you are a business.  If your going to be an 
entrepreneur count on reserving some days off for court and a slush fund for an 
attorney.
