I agree, for the price of the Cambium yagi, I don't see that's it's worth messing with trying to use two old antennas, after you mess around with adding pigtails/adapters, sealing the extra connectors and mounting the radio, it just doesn't seem worth it.
I did order a couple of the Lanbowan dual polarity panels to mess around with though... it would be nice to have an option that isn't a yagi, so we'll see...
