If you can get something close enough to the structure a bucket truck is
hard to beat.
I considered getting a trailer hauled lift on treads but the model we would
have had to buy was about $40k. It fit through a walk through gate. Another
benefit to boot doing residential is not handing to deal with yards I guess.
