Their MX record points to a wncloud.com server, I looked that up as Worknet, which was apparently acquired by OnX a few years ago. Worknet is listed as at 600 E. Diehl Rd., Naperville. Not related to the Worknet in DeKalb.

Specifically I think they had problems with the software and were unhappy with the support. That was over 7 years ago though. They eventually dumped it, I don't remember what they went to. I was not directly involved, they were a T1 customer.
