Ah, mine was dead. No Ethernet, no WiFi, no backhaul wireless, just a red 
light.

-13 degree C (=14 degree F). No wind so it was not extreme cold. 

The B5s where up and running but they cant connect. Rebooted, changed 
frequency, … 
Examined the sites and after a while I connected to the AP with 2,4GHz 
Managment 
The link came back up immediately with strong signal and stayed online since 
then. 
The wireless cards seem to work the whole time as there was a spectrum view 
even 
while disconnected. 
A scan at the client showed a nearby B5 but not the AP side. 
It is a short LOS link with high SNR running at 800/800 with 2x40. Even if 
there would 
be ice on both sides it should work fine.

How cold? I had a B5c fail somewhere in the 10*F area just over a week ago. 
It's been over 10* colder since with no others failing.

the AP the second 
after it is warmer and connecting via Managment Wlan
