When we help customers with their WIFI setup, we usually set
the key to be their 10 digit phone number, makes it nice and
easy for them to remember.
This usually works really well.
Enter the customer today, who called me on the number that the
key was set to, but was unable to get it right, even when I
was telling her the numbers.
