While I would always recommend hitting up your legal console, I would say that if you get a presented with a death certificate that you can verify along with a power of attorney for the deceased, they should be able to do anything they want with the account, cancel, request password resets etc. You can have legal team verify prior to giving them access, but that’s basically what is required for utilities etc.

Can/should the family be offered access to it in the event there are pictures or anything with, whats that word, emotional attachment? -- If you only see yourself as part of the team but you don't see your team as part of yourself you have already failed as part of the team.
