Does this mean the SyncInjector isn't receiving the 1PPS pulse from the 
SyncPipe?  Of that the SyncInjector isn't putting it out to the radios?

If it reports 2D and 3D fix and lots of satellites, which is more likely, a 
bad SyncPipe, or a bad SyncInjector?  (a cable/connector issue is another 
possibility)

When I go to the site (tomorrow), I will try the Pipe first, since that 
would be the least disruptive.
