[AFMUG] Colo on UPRR / SBA SITE Towers

Anyone ever coloed on a Union Pacific Railroad tower before? They are
managed through SBA site. They are telling me that the railroad will not
allow any unlicensed radios to be installed on UPRR Towers, does anyone
have any information otherwise?
