It would be a waste going to Pappadeaux on a full stomach.

Back in the 1990’s when I worked in corporate America and was hiring engineers 
(before the tech bubble burst), Pappadeaux was my favorite place to take 
interviewees for lunch.  Sometimes when bringing in candidates from campus 
interviews, we would take several at once.  Some good food seemed to help the 
hiring process.

Hard to believe 20 years ago the way employers had to compete for talent, even 
newgrads, I hope the pendulum swings back that way.
