Why not just have it live TV - call or text your vote.
Perhaps some random lottery winnings to every 10,000th voter.
Drew Cary can host it. Have some singing and dancing.

This just got posted here by the local newspaper. They ran a poll for
a week or so on facebook. Totally unscientific, but I was surprised by
the results in a state that votes heavily republic outside of Kansas
City and St Louis.
