In Seattle there are a ton of office buildings with roof
penetrations/duct/conduit route from an upper floor mechanical room to the
roof, installed by Winstar for their DS3 capacity 38 GHz network 15-16
years ago... And frequently one or two 42U two post racks somewhere near
the top of the building that were formerly occupied by Winstar. Usually a
few 3.00" pipes on walls also from Winstar.

If they acquire a lot of AP sites on commercial real estate, in a few years
when this thing goes belly up, I predict that there will be two things:

a) unhappy Boston landlords that signed rooftop access agreements with
Starry

b) vacant space on the same buildings that can be taken over by other,
properly engineered boston area metro ISPs, to re-use the equipment
installation and antenna locations for PTP links.
