As far as WiMAX CPE, we have some of the Greenpackets, and recently tried
some of the Mercury CPEs which are made for them by a third company I don't
recall at the moment. Let's face it, everything WiMAX sucks, but given that
low bar, the Mercury CPEs haven't been too bad, the web GUI is certainly an
improvement, physically it looks similar to Gemtek, I'm not a big fan of the
mounting bracket.

We have 30 BTS's deployed, but all of my experience is with Wimax
firmware. I don't really have anything particularly flattering to say,
but I think most of my complaints are applicable to all wimax products.
I hate the CPE's. Gemtek needs a competitor.

They have priced me out at about 45k for 4 radios, 4 sectors and the basic
EPC. $285 for the CPE. This is a fortune compared to anything else, but if
you can truly reach many more customers and load the aps higher it may
pincel out for me...
