not if you can get by with fairly low port density and your electricity is
$0.06/kWh...   for example a cisco 7609 populated with 4 and 8-port 10GbE
linecards.

The 8-port is 2:1 oversubscribed unless you disable some ports, or keep an
eye on traffic levels (example, a bunch of customers that never peak their
charts at more than 2.5 to 4Gbps in any particular traffic direction)
