In normal operation they take 16-18 watts, maybe a little less on short cables. I think 0.35 amps at 48 volts would be cutting it too close. The Motorola POE at 56V and 0.8A is probably overkill though, 0.5A would probably be good, and a 24W POE should be easy to find. Or with proper pinout swapping, maybe something like Netonix or Packetflux to power all the APs.
