because that appears to be where it is rolling, but you seem to be
saying it may be different for a PMP450?

Assuming FSK, there are both 32 bit counters and 64 bit counters
(depends on which OID you use).
2**32 = 4,294,967,296.
2**64 = 18,446,744,073,709,551,616
