DO NOT PORT YOUR LINES to them for your voice, they were down for hours
last week, sat on hold for hours, nobody telling us if it was us or them,
in the mean time we are poking at our system potentially aggravating the
issue. Today all our numbers are answered by some recorded broad saying
international funds are depleted, still on hold with them

There is no status portal even to check their systems, there is no clean
call routing at the provider level. Basically, they should stick with
hardware, that they are awesome at.
