4.5 mile, AF5 23db dishes, -56, 30mhz, 8x, 50/50 split, 133mbit/133mbit.

6.5 miles, 30db ubnt dish with RF armor, -50, 20mhz, 8x, 75/25 split,
138mbit/35mbit.

not fully aware of 'real world speeds' but mikrotik's btest does 130/130
udp / 100/100 tcp over the 4.5 mile link.

If you have not seen this guide it appears to be accurate.
