I believe it is new in that it has become so cheap it is no challenge for
anyone to get as much as they want. I saw a stat the other day comparing
it's cost and it was cheaper than a pack of gum. A real tragedy. I am not
sure that there is anything that can be done about it; especially by an
individual.
