If it works, don't fix it. If the AP can't handle the customers, fix it. If all of your CPEs are bridged or NATed (*NOT* mixed) you can do ePMP in WiFi mode easily. From what I gather they're not interested in supporting both the way MT/UBNT APs go, so if you set every single Ubnt radio to do WDS you can still set them to router mode. Not sure if that's intended behavior or a hack.
