I would not sell Vivint on a bet, if they gave me all the equipment and I made a 100% markup. I had Vivint alarm service and have been trying to cancel it for about 6 months, but they refuse to cancel the service, no matter how many times that I send them the information that they request for disconnection. I may have to get an attorney involved now. Terrible customer service on their end.
