should work fine - according to the R6's manual, it will supply 24v/0.7A (which is 16.8 watts) per port. If I remember correctly, the AF5x draws 15 watts max (and my observations has been that it's typically less than that)... and I can confirm that they'll work fine with power only on two pairs well over 20'.
