There is more to that $0.22/meg, though, than is advertised. A lack of BGP communities is a big one as is a high chance of congested peering.

HE is advertising $0.22/MB for 10G currently, but I don't know how log that contract is.

I don't like doing contracts for more than 2 years anymore.

I think our current providers are between 0.36/Mb and 0.42/Mb
