I loved Joust. Wish I could get back just halve of the quarters I fed into one
of those machines,

then I could buy one to put in the man cave.

There was also a game called Warp and another called Frontline that ate a lot
of my quarters.

Ok,
Working in the garage today.

I had to dust the cob webs off this thingy and learn how to use it again.
I took a moment to work on a restoration project for a 1982 video game card set
called "Joust"
I downloaded the green label roms from a mame site to burn into a 512k rom.
The UV lite is still operational too.
My issue is getting it from a WIn7 machine serial to the thingy or M980 Rom
burner LOL
Looks like putty and a usb to serial converter may do the trick.

I had recently finished restorations on several other systems like Donkey
Kong,Defender,Moon patrol ,Donkey Kong jr and a Mario Brothers orginal.

I have several stacks of the card sets but these are the ones I had cabinets
for.

This stuff is where I cut my teeth into the electronics/computer world.
