I wonder if this is intended for replacement of existing 900 MHz part101
PTP paths?

Here's an example of a 168 km 933 MHz PTP in WA state...  But these are all
from an era where 900 was single polarity only (the big grid dishes you see
on old STL links, etc), so what would happen if you tried to keep the same
license and do it with a huge pair of opposite polarized yagis?
