When I rented out dirt at the airport for the city we charged 50 cents a foot a
year for the dirt and we kept anything they put on it that didn't have wheels
at our option and if we didn't want it they had to move it.

They do this allot here for trucking companies.... Ask around and base it
on that. Usually in outskirts of town or industrial areas close to major
highways. Set up surveillance cameras and create another revenue stream
...maybe even wee fee

A guy wants to rent some vacant ground to park trunks on in a small
industrial park I own. The lots are all tied up in the big lawsuit with my
friends at the other end of the street, but I am free to rent them.

I wonder what a good price would be to rent out vacant ground like that
for staging trucks?
