Yes,
This is normal.   It was sent a “go away” message because of the exentsive data 
loss. It saw the client ending in A5 but when it went to contact it, the 
mikrotik was unable to contact the device.  If it’s a mobile user they came in 
range and then left before the AP could deal with them.
