to submit the next ticket.
We should just have Matt, Aaron and Sri's cell phone numbers on speed

If you can put your documentation of the odd behavior on the forum or
on this list then maybe others can confirm it. That's basically how
the "8th packet is 8 packets delayed" bug came to see the light of day.
