You could also just use a Packetflux 8-port POE (http://store.packetflux.com/sitemonitor-8-channel-gigabit-poe-injector-controller/). Then any RB would work.

I don't think mikrotik makes something with POE out on more than 4
ports. Why not just use a Ubiquiti EdgePoint "S" model? It's a switch
with 24v/48v support in an outdoor enclosure with 8-16 (maybe more?)
ports.
