Wrong day to go down, on the first of the month, start of a new billing cycle.

Not happy with that, hope they get better redundancy etc.

Alert - if you had transactions attempt to process during ippay's outage 
yesterday, we're taking calls today that they did indeed go through - although 
ippay was down (or was not sending proper response codes back to your billing 
software)

Might be on the lookout for that.  We are now proactively calling customers who 
attempted to pay during the outage yesterday.
