The Exalt? I wish they were all that way. Way easier than having to look
at a conversion table like the Trango, like 2.something volts = whatever
dBm. Exalt = no conversion necessary.

IIRC, it has some conversion (volts to dBm) built in for a few
vendors. I just have the guys use a regular volt meter. On the
Trango's, I tell them to sweep and get the highest voltage. One
cool feature with the Exalt G2 radio is that it represents Rx
power level in dBm as 0.n volts, so -45dBm = 0.45vDC. Once upon a
time, after a long day on a tower, climber calls down on the radio
and says he can't get it any higher than 0.90 volts. I call up and
say that's -90 dumbass!
