The 10/100 has been shipping for a couple of weeks. The gigabit ones are just waiting until I get home end of week (unless the boards aren't there yet).
Personally, I'd use the gigabit ones unless you need to power 320 or 430 radios. Everything else is ok on the gigabit, and the gigabit supports all four pair powering as needed for the airfiber and other radios.
