Same exact thing happened to us the other day. Except the APC UPS went 
into error F07 high temp shutdown. Argh!

A very rural POP, not managed by us, had an A/C trip the breaker. 
That's 122 deg Fahrenheit.
A router there shows 64 deg C...  I'm afraid of what is happening to 
those batteries.
