If they could get it to connect to WIFI they'd be fine.

Firefox or Chrome is on most of the computers that come through the shop, so 
they can figure that part out.

Seems most folks can't do anything beyond run a web browser anyway. Keeps us 
working.

    If you did I'd wipe and reload.

    Anyone going to a thrift store for a computer is either poor and likely 
can't do anything with it if there is a problem or possibly a techie, they'll 
wipe and reload regardless.
