This is in response to what is a huge problem, you have these addicts who
hit the point they want to get clean so the decide to go to rehab, and they
end up with a week to 90 day wait, by the time the bed opens theyre dead or
in jail. Contrary to popular belief, the police would rather see them in
rehab so they did this, its going to cost us alot, and the recidivism rate
will be high, but we eat the cost in incarceration and healthcare bills
anyway. Even if only a handful of the junkies get clean, thats a handful
less junkies creating other junkies and spreading HIV
