BGAN is bad but it's not THAT bad. If you're OK with being in a regular
vastly oversubscribed TDMA network with others, $3-5/MB.

$20/MB is for streaming/dedicated data services (when you see a reporter
from CNN or the BBC doing a live standup feed from a messed up warzone over
a 200 kbps low bitrate video session, that's the Inmarsat $20/MB streaming
service). Works much better at locations below 45 latitude where it's
easier to aim a small Inmarsat flat panel terminal and get sufficient SNR
across the link.
