I've used Venali (sold to efax.com) for years.  They give me a toll free
number and just email me the faxes.  Worked as far as I can tell all the
time, but we don't get a whole lot of faxes.  I've gotten the ones I needed
for sure.  I think it's like $150 or $200 a year.
