The Xirrus radios are designed to handle a lot of people.  The 4 radio units we 
have can handle about 100 per radio but the newer AC ones can handle a lot 
more.  They even have 8 and 16 radio versions for very high-density events.

Another good option is Xirrus they have an AP that holds Quite a few radios if 
it is in a compact enough area.
