His offense was first camping on federal land without a permit (perhaps fire or litter was also involved) then he dusted off the hearing and got a failure to appear. It is the FTA that got him into court that day. They had brought him in the day before and had him in the cooler. He spit on someone so that is why they dressed him for court.
