In a space constrained area it is nice to have the ones with the dual half-width rear doors, it does not need as much open space behind it as a single door.
As a lot of enterprise end-user types move to the "cloud", you can get 44U APC cabinets from a refurb equipment dealer in Seattle for $200 a piece...
