Price is negotiated between the buyer and seller. Most have been between $500
and $3000.

Factors influencing price:
Seller: Losing time to monetize value out of their license before expiration
If no equipment has been registered yet, no grandfathering to the new
CBRS rules applies

Buyer: Weighing value of getting started in LTE right away or waiting on CBRS
rules/auction, now anticipated in late 2017
Higher potential in reaching NLOS customers with added receive
sensitivity of LTE
Current crowded spectrum in unlicensed bands
