[AFMUG] Strange Malware/virus

A couple of PC's here came up with this file, G2AB9AE.tmp.bat , and i
eradicated it from the two of them.
I have not found any damage or lost files.    I am running checks on rest
of machines but none are affected.
Any ideas you gurus and kool kats?
