Mainly the standard SM, the bare SM works surprisingly well, beyond about 1.5
miles we put a dish on them because using 10 MHz channels we want everything at
6X or 8X.

I have one connectorized out there with a Mars panel, that was for aesthetic
reasons, and would have been the high gain integrated except that didn’t exist
yet. Connectorized is pricey.

Integrated high gain is also pricey, but I have several of those out there as
well. We have been replacing 2.4 with 3.65, so sometimes it’s easier to
replace a SuperStinger with the high gain integrated rather than move the mount
to somewhere we can use a dish. For some reason the integrated panels seem to
max out at 6X instead of 8X, maybe that’s my imagination.

Keep in mind we rarely use 3.65 for NLOS. We have tried a few installs with
some trees in the path, and could have done them, but not at a modulation we
were happy with. I do have one that goes through several trees but it’s like a
1/4 mile path using a high gain panel. Otherwise, some people have the view
that the integrated high gain panel has just about the optimum pattern for
shooting through trees.

My view is with so little spectrum available, and the equipment being
expensive, we can’t afford 2X or MIMO-A subs.

what are you folks installing, as best I can tell, there is integrated,
integrated high gain, and connectorized, the integrated standard can have a
reflector
